# Account Management

> The Payout process is how your earned revenue moves from your Spotflow Balance to your preferred Bank Account via Bank Transfer. We offer flexible cycles to match your cash flow needs.

## My Profile: Personalize your space

Merchants can easily access and manage their personal account information for a more customized Spotflow experience. This includes updating contact details and your brand’s logo.

### Access and Update Your Profile

1. Navigate to Profile: Go to Settings → Profile.
2. Edit Details: Here, you can update your Contact Name and upload your Profile Image/Logo for personalization.
3. Save: Click Save to apply the changes.
