How to add a teammate?

Navigate to the User Management page on your dashboard.
Click on +Invite/Add User button on the top right corner.
Enter the teammate’s email and assign an appropriate role.
Click Send Invite/Add User.

How can a teammate access the dashboard?

The invited teammate receives an email link. Upon clicking it, they set up their password and configure their Authenticator App (OTP) for secure login before gaining access to the dashboard.

Spotflow Default Roles and Permissions

Spotflow provides three primary user roles with distinct access level.

Role	Access Level	Exclusive Abilities & Notes
Admin	Full Control (Highest Access)	The original creator of the account holds this role. They are the only one who can invite users and create custom roles/permissions. They can also invite another admin to the account. Account ownership cannot be transferred.
Finance	Financial & Operational Access	Can view balances, collections, initiate payouts, and invite users. Lacks access to sensitive API keys.
Developer	Technical Access	Can view and manage API Keys, Webhooks, and other technical configurations. Lacks access to balances, collections, or finance-related operations.

Custom Roles:

As an Admin, you can create multiple custom roles with unique names and specific permissions tailored exactly to your team’s operational needs. No two teams are identical, so why should your roles be?
